Pengzhi Guo is a Senior Engineer with over 17 years experience in the mining industry, including mine manager and metallurgist of several operations and projects in Wan Quan Si Gold-Silver Mining Ltd, Xing Long Silver Ltd, and Neimenggu Er Ba Huo silver Mining Ltd. Mr. Guo current serves as the Assistant of General Manager of Tianjin Huakan Group Mining Co., Ltd. and the General Manager of Tianjin Huakan Mining Investment Co., Ltd.
Wenhong (Wilson) Jin

Wilson Jin has 20 years experience in the exploration and acquisition of precious and base metals in Asia, Africa and North America. He worked in the Northwest Non-Ferrous Metal Exploration Bureau in China for 15 years and for Sino Gold Mining Limited for 2 years. Mr. Jin joined the Huakan Group in China in 2009, prior to joining the Company in 2010. He discovered a medium-sized gold deposit and made significant achievements in the exploration of claims adjacent to the Jinduicheng molybdenum porphyry deposit in China.

Fiona Leung brings to the Company her experience with a number of public and private Canadian companies having international operations. She was previously Director of Finance for InterWrap Inc., Corporate Controller for GLG Life Tech Corporation, Corporate Development Associate with Mundoro Capital Inc. and a Senior Accountant with Ernst & Young LLP.

Paul Cowley is a professional geologist with 33 years experience in worldwide exploration for precious metals, base metals, diamonds, coal and industrial minerals with junior and senior companies, acting in technical and managerial positions. During his 18 years at BHP Minerals, he was instrumental in the discovery and advancement of four major gold deposits in the Canadian Arctic.
