	Pengzhi Guo M.Sc., Senior Engineer Chief Executive Officer, Chairman, Director Pengzhi Guo is a Senior Engineer with over 17 years experience in the mining industry, including mine manager and metallurgist of several operations and projects in Wan Quan Si Gold-Silver Mining Ltd, Xing Long Silver Ltd, and Neimenggu Er Ba Huo silver Mining Ltd. Mr. Guo current serves as the Assistant of General Manager of Tianjin Huakan Group Mining Co., Ltd. and the General Manager of Tianjin Huakan Mining Investment Co., Ltd.
	Shicheng Song Senior Economist Director Shicheng Song has 28 years experience in accounting, financing, and management. He currently serves as the manager of the finance department of Tianjin Huakan Group Co., Ltd. Other senior positions he holds include: vice leader of 519 brigades of Tianjin North China Geological Exploration Bureau, director of Hebei Jinhualong Mining Co., Ltd., director of Tianjin Huakan Real Estate Co., Ltd., and director of Huakan Resource Co., Ltd.
	David Bo M.A.Sc. Director David Bo has more than 25 years in the mining and oil & gas industries. He started his career at PetroChina. He then joined the Ivanhoe group in 1996 and assumed various positions, including Business Development Manager at Sunwing Energy Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ivanhoe Energy Inc.) and Senior Business Manager at Jinshan Gold Mines Inc. (now China Gold International), then General Manager, Business Development of Ivanhoe Capital Corporation. During his tenure at Ivanhoe, Mr. Bo was involved in business development, project management, legal affairs, joint ventures, financing, government and partner relations. Mr. Bo was a Director of Abra Mining Limited, an Australian non-ferrous metals explorer from September 2008 to October 2010, and was a Director of Ferrous Resources Limited, a British company focused on iron ore development in Brazil from May 2008 to June 2010. Most recently, Mr. Bo was the Executive Chairman of China Minerals Mining Corporation from June 2011 to June 2012.
	Garnet Dawson M.Sc., P.Geo. Director Garnet Dawson has over 25 years experience in the exploration and mining industry, working with both major and junior mining companies in Canada, South America, Europe, and China. He currently serves as VP Exploration for Brazilian Gold Corporation and has previously held senior positions with EuroZinc Mining Corp.
	Wenhong (Wilson) Jin B.Sc. Senior Engineer Director Wilson Jin, B.Sc., Senior Engineer, has served as Chief Geologist for the Company since October 2010 and was appointed VP Acquisitions in August 2011. He has 20 years experience in the exploration and acquisition of precious and base metals in Asia, Africa and North America. He worked in the Northwest Non-Ferrous Metal Exploration Bureau in China for 15 years and for Sino Gold Mining Limited for 2 years. Mr. Jin joined the Huakan Group in China in 2009, prior to joining the Company in 2010. He discovered a medium-sized gold deposit and made significant achievements in the exploration of claims adjacent to the Jinduicheng molybdenum porphyry deposit in China.
